La voracidad de las trasnacionales se manifiesta una vez más con el proyecto eólico Bii Nee Stipa II, implantado en Oaxaca por un consorcio energético italiano, pues no conforme con el negocio redondo que le representará la instalación de su planta, solicitó a la Comisión Europea la asignación de 3 millones 300 mil euros para apoyo al proyecto. Estos fondos se destinan a programas sociales y no a proyectos empresariales. En una sesión del Parlamento Europeo efectuada el jueves 21, una representante de las comunidades indígenas de Oaxaca afectadas por la instalación de parques eólicos aseguró que a éstas nadie las consultó. ...
