KATHMANDU,Nepal- the north neighbor country China has been pressing the Nepal government that to curb anti china sentiment and activities from Nepal.Nepal government has already declared that any form of demonstration or protest against the China is illegal. The home ministry of Nepal had issued a ban order before a month.

 

The Chinese embassy of Kathmandu has sent so many letters pressing the government that Nepal government should be responsible for any kind of anti china activities from Nepal. According to the source close to the foreign ministry it has received more than one dozen letters between a month periods.

The source claims that has been rising pressure tremendously stating that Nepal would be a main responsible to curb the anti china activities lunched by the free Tibetan movement supporters from all over the globe. “Being a neighboring country Nepal would be able to control any form of Tibetan refugee activities or anti china sentiment from Nepal.” The letters use to states said the source.

China has increased such a pressure after the meeting with Dalai Lama by the Nepalese parliamentary in India. Nepal government had already declared that any form of demonstration or protest against the China is illegal.

Such a claim from the Nepalese foreign ministry source has also been proved by the International Campaign for Tibet (ICT) The ICT had said some two weeks ago that The Chinese authorities has been pressing the Nepal government to crackdown the Tibetan movement.

The Washington-based group had said that the Tibetan refugees were "increasingly demoralized" in Nepal due to political pressure from Beijing. More than 20,000 Tibetans have been living in Nepal since 1959. Likewise, About 2,500 Tibetan refugees have been living in India including their spiritual leader Dalai Lama.
